Strategic buyer - electronic parts

We are looking for a Strategic Buyer  - ELECTRONIC PARTS -  for our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement processes, developing strategic sourcing strategies, and ensuring the best value for our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for various categories.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal terms and conditions.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet their procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of procurement processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or purchasing.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse international team.
• Very good command of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
