Key Account Manager
BMZ Group, a major player in lithium-ion technology with manufacturing facilities in Germany, Poland, US, China & Japan, is looking for a dynamic self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to work as a Key Account Manager for EV business unit.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented team player. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients (one of the biggest players in the EV industry), as well as managing complex cooperation between BMZ Group and all customer’s accounts worldwide.
Job description:
- Managing Key Accounts in the Electric Vehicles segment;
- Acquire and implement new projects and increase sales through existing customers – in particular in the field of products;
- Supervising the overall processes related to a given client (from RFI, RFQ, to After Sales);
- Preparation of input necessary for the 'price information' and 'price offer';
- Sourcing orders;
- Expanding cooperation with existing clients with new projects;
- Valuation revisions and risk analysis;
- Negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements;
- Customer training;
- Coordination of implementation projects on the part of the business unit.
Skills/Experience we are looking for:
- Higher technical or economic education;
- Proven international experience in B2B Sales/ Account Management;
- Professional experience in selling design products;
- Project / Program Management background would be a big advantage;
- Experience in working with the Off-Road industry and Heavy Duty Vehicles / eBUS applications;
- Fluency in English (min. C1); German would be a plus;
- Decisiveness, assertiveness, strong approach;
- Readiness to business trips.
